Prices and Payments

1. All prices listed on Whatakarwad for Food are correct and up-to-date. However, the final price at the time of delivery may change based on the latest menu and prices available from the Restaurant. The Whatakarwad reserves the right to alter or remove food and delivery options listed in its menu.

2. Should there be any changes in the prices, Whatakarwad or its employees are not liable for any losses incurred by the User.

3. The total price for Food and Food Delivery including all charges, costs and taxes will be different at the time of delivery.

4. Users have the option to make online payments. They are advised to ensure that all their debit and credit card details are encrypted securely in order to prevent any possible data breaches. Their credit card company may also conduct necessary security checks for the purpose of verification.

5. If users choose to make online payments, they are responsible for ensuring that the payment process is secure. Their debit/credit card details should be encrypted to prevent any unauthorized access. Moreover, credit card companies may conduct necessary security checks to verify the user’s identity and confirm the payment.

6. Coupon codes and deals of the day are valid for a limited time only. For more information, users are encouraged to contact The Whatakarwad.

7. The Whatakarwad reserves the right to alter or change offers at any time without prior notice.

Delivery

1. Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Food will be delivered to the address as intimated by you while ordering.

2. Whatakarwad will make every effort to deliver within the time stated; however, Whatakarwad will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the Food is not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted, User may contact Whatakarwad by email and Whatakarwad will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as reasonably possible.

3. In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Whatakarwad.

4. If you fail to accept delivery of Food at the time they are ready for delivery or Whatakarwad is unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, then the Food shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such Food shall pass to you. Any storage, insurance and other costs that Whatakarwad incur as a result of the inability to deliver shall be your responsibility and you shall indemnify Whatakarwad in full for such cost.

5. You must ensure that at the time of delivery of Food adequate arrangements, including access where necessary, are in place for the safe delivery of the Food. Whatakarwad cannot be held liable for any damage, cost or expense incurred to such Food as a result of a failure by you to provide adequate access or arrangements for delivery.

6. You must inspect the Food upon delivery and shall be deemed to have accepted the Food unless you notify Whatakarwad in writing to the contrary within 24 hours of delivery. If you fail to do so, Whatakarwad shall have no liability for any defect in the Food which would have been apparent on reasonable inspection upon delivery and you shall be bound to pay for such Food.

7. If you fail to take delivery of the Food or fail to give Whatakarwad adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Whatakarwad, Whatakarwad may store the Food until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) associated with such storage.

8. Whatakarwad reserves the right to charge a re-delivery/cancellation fee in the event that you request to cancel your order or request for a change of delivery address or time. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of your request and is non-refundable.

9. Any claim by you which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of Food shall be notified to Whatakarwad within 24 hours from delivery, such notice must be in writing and provide details of the damage/defect. Whatakarwad shall be entitled to replace the Food subject to availability and to their discretion. Whatakarwad shall have no liability in respect of any defect notified to them outside of this timeframe.

Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is designed to help customers with a fair and timely solution in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction. If a customer wishes to request a refund, the customer can do so within 7 days of purchase. Our Refund Policy is applicable to all customers who have purchased our product or service.

In the event of a refund request, we will investigate and attempt to process the refund within 7-10 business days depending on the bank/wallet used for payment. Please note that refunds may not be provided in cases where we reasonably believe the user has violated our Terms & Conditions or other applicable policies.

If the customer does not receive a refund within the specified time frame, they should contact us on our website or via email to discuss the issue. We will investigate and make every effort to resolve the matter quickly.

We do not accept bank transfer refunds and any refunds provided will be credited to the customer’s original payment method. In certain cases, we may provide alternative forms of compensation, such as store credit, in lieu of a refund.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to access or use our services, customers agree to be bound by the revised Refund Policy.
